  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns are not accepted due to the cost of calibration that is required prior to shipment. Exchanges are allowed if a different sensitivity is required and if the meter is available in the same spectral range as originally purchased. You are responsible for return shipping 1-way. To exchange, the request for factory approval must be made in writing.
